Hey Sea Hawk fans it is that great time of the year again, for Sea Hawk fall sports to begin. We enter a new season with high expectations and commitment to excellence.
As one of the premier athletic communities in the South Bay I would hope that we would show respect for all opponents, coaches, spectators and officials.
The true goal of high school athletics is to educate. It is about learning the values taught by athletics-especially respect-that set school sports apart from other levels of competition. It is the reason why school sports exist.
The Sea Hawks have a rich tradition of excellence on the field as well as off the field. Please assist us in upholding this tradition as you attend the numerous contests on and off campus in support of Sea Hawk athletes.
Special thanks to the parents, coaches, and especially the athletes for all of your time and commitment in making Redondo Union High School a special place. Best of luck to all of our teams as their season begins and come out to support the countless athletes that contribute to our excellent athletic program.

GO BIG RED!
The Sea Hawks of the present are working together to build a great tradition in athletics at RUHS that will be the standard for all future Sea Hawks. Incoming 9th graders are encouraged to become true student athletes by demonstrating a CHAMPIONSHIP EFFORT on the playing fields and in the classroom. BE A MULTIPLE SPORT ATHLETE! We recommend that’s student athletes participate in 2 or 3 sports each year of high school. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and learn how to compete against the best athletes from other high school.
