Ms. Hunter's Webpage

My name is Dawn Hunter, and I am native to the South Bay area and a graduate of UCLA. This is my 24th year at Redondo Union High School and my 33rd year in the classroom. Previously, I taught for nine years at Hawthorne High. I have taught freshmen, sophomore, junior, and senior English at various levels (reading, ELL, college prep, honors, and AP) during my career. This year I am teaching Creative and College Writing (12th), Self & Society (12th), and English 9CP.  Course parent-student information sheets, agendas, assignments, and resources can be found on Schoology for each course.
