Jostens class Jewelry order dates are: May 29th A-M & May 30th N-Z. Please go to the outside area of the cafeteria at snack and lunch to place orders. There are some steps to complete before placing orders.

OUR DISTRIC EMPLOYEES OF THE YEAR:
A huge CONGRATULATIONS to our District Employees of the Year, Ms. Wimer and Ms. Fui-Mateaki. Ms Wimer is one of our amazing math teachers on campus, and Ms. Fui-Mateaki is a Senior Officer in the Student Services building. We are grateful for all the work they do on campus and effort they put into our Sea Hawks on a daily basis. Congratulations!
RUHS PROM:
Be sure to purchase your ticket to this year’s Junior/Senior Prom “A Thousand Lights, an Endless Night” held on Saturday, June 8th from 8pm-12am at the Long Beach Convention Center. Tickets go up in price next week to $105 with ASB and $110 without. If you are planning to bring a guest from an outside school, you MUST pick up a guest pass form from the office or on the ASB Webstore to be completed and signed prior to purchasing your ticket, and outside guests must be under the age of 21. Sophomores may attend prom as a GUEST of a Junior or Senior, and both parties must be present at time of purchase of ticket; Freshmen are not allowed to attend Prom. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Mata in the ASB room.
PARKING FOR SENIORS NEXT YEAR:
Juniors: Be sure to check your email! You will be sent a form in your email for the opportunity to purchase a parking permit for 2019-20 school year. From this entry list, we will randomly choose students to receive parking spaces, so be SURE to enter. In order to purchase a parking permit, you will have to have a driver’s license by the first week of school, so plan ahead. Remember, the parking permit lottery entry form will be in your email today!
RBEF:
Attention Sea Hawks, are you interested in taking classes during the summer to get ahead in credits? Or to make room in your schedule for a class you really want to take next year? Or to complete a required course for graduation? If so, please consider enrolling in the Redondo Beach Educational Foundation summer program. You can select from a variety of in-person courses such as World or US History, Spanish 2 or 3, Media Arts, and PE. Aside from the in-person classes you can also select several online courses such as Health and Sociology. Please remember that RUHS has a strict dress code policy that needs to be adhered to. Failure to do so will result in having to change and/or fix your outfit. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask any adult on campus, or look on the website or in your school planner for the dress code policy of what is allowable and what is not.
