Welcome to Mr. Garcia's Modern World History!

Hello everyone!

 

My name is Ryan Garcia, and I am excited to have the opportunity to be part of the RUHS community as one of the teachers for Modern World History. I wholeheartedly believe that students must be equipped with the skills to critically and thoughtfully navigate the world around them and become leaders in their community. From my perspective, the history classroom is perfectly suited to encourage students to creatively think outside the box, learn from one another and be the change they wish to be.

 

This course makes extensive use of the LMS platform Schoology. On Schoology, students will be able to find everything they need to be successful, including previous class activities, make-up work, and an assignment tracker for each unit to be aware of deadlines.
