Hello and welcome to my digital world! My name is Matt Sheehey and I am a former Sea Hawk from the class of "85." I've been teaching in this district for 27 years.  I graduated from CSULB with a BA in Technology Education.  As a technology instructor, I truly feel that what I do helps prepare students for life beyond the classroom. Technology skills are critical in our society today. The more exposure and training students can receive, the better equipped they will be for the changing career demands of the future. Though many of my classes are specialty classes, students will learn transferable skills they can use regardless of occupation.  My current assignment is teaching Media Arts, Advanced Media Arts, Intro To Broadcasting, and Advanced Digital Production.

I live in the OC area with my beautiful wife, Shelee and my two kids, Cookie and Parker.  My passion is fishing, free-diving and camping with my family!
