INTO THE WOODS:

RUHS Performing Arts is proud to present INTO THE WOODS! Music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim and book by James Lapine. Performances will take place in the RUHS Auditorium March 22, 23, 29, 30 at 7:00 pm with a 2:00 matinee on March 24th. Tickets can be purchased for $10.00 pre-sale through any show member, or at the ASB finance office. Tickets are $15.00 at the door and online at ruhsdrama.com. Into the Woods follows a Baker and his wife, who learn that they cannot have a child because of a Witch's curse. The two set off on a journey to break the curse where they encounter classic fairytale characters such as Cinderella, Little Red Ridinghood, Rapunzel, and more! Will they all get their wish and break the curse? We hope you join us and come find out!

LINK CREW:

Current sophomores and juniors.... are you interested in being a leader on campus & welcoming our new Sea Hawks at orientation? If so, apply to join next year's Link Crew!  You can pick up applications from Ms. Vasquez, Clayton, Pattison, Bein, or Sabet.  Applications are due by Friday 3/22! 

TEEN COURT:

Teen Court will be holding its March court session on 3/20 (not 3/7 as scheduled) due to Judge Rice’s scheduling conflicts. Please mark the change in your calendar so you may join us.

SENIORS:

*If you plan to attend El Camino College in the fall and are enrolled in the Nursing program or majoring in Chemistry, come to the Nest to pick up an El Camino Scholarship Applications.

Applications are due to the Nest by March 28th.

*SKECHERS Foundation is offering $1000-$5000 scholarships to high school seniors.  The first 300 applications received online will be accepted and reviewed.  For more information about this scholarship, check out the Senior Scholarship Opportunity webpage on the Redondo website.

*Seniors – Scholarship Form #1 requirements are due in the Nest today.  Drop off scholarship essays and flash drives by 3pm.

*Seniors- Get ready for Senior Grad Nite at California Adventure Park! Tickets are now on sale for $110 with Senior Sticker, and $120 without. Ticket price includes admission into the park, Grad Nite experience, and travel. All Seniors purchasing tickets must be off the NO-GO List. You must have an orange Grad Nite Waiver filled out and completed upon purchase of ticket. If you haven’t received one, they are available in your Gov/Econ classes, or in the attachment here. When you purchase a ticket, you will also be given a bus assignment, so be sure to purchase your ticket with friends that you would like to travel with. Don’t delay, ticket sales END Monday, March 18th.

ASB APPAREL:

DRESS CODE:

Please remember that RUHS has a strict dress code policy that needs to be adhered to. Failure to do so will result in having to change and/or fix your outfit. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask any adult on campus, or look on the website or in your school planner for the dress code policy of what is allowable and what is not.

PARKING AT RUHS:

Staff and Students: All parking spots are assigned and permitted. In order for you to park in the parking lot during the school day, you MUST have been assigned a designated spot. Please do not park in the parking lot if you did not receive a spot, you will be towed.
