Sea Hawks! Please join us in the RUHS Auditorium on Monday, January 29 from 8 - 10 am for Coffee with a Cop! This is an opportunity to chat with RBPD and keep the morning chill at bay with warm coffee and warm conversation. We hope to see you there!
FINANCIAL PLANNING FOR COLLEGE
Please join us on Thursday, February 8, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the RUHS Auditorium for a Financial Planning for College presentation from Kinecta Federal Credit Union and Outreach at USC Financial Aid Office. This event is open to all grade levels and topics will include: saving for college, the basics and types of financial aid, how to apply, and outside scholarship resources. Courtesy of Kinecta, refreshments will be provided starting at 5:30 p.m.. Please see the attached flyer for more information and to register for this exciting event.
SOCAL ROC SPRING SEMESTER
Attention students SoCal ROC Spring semester enrollment has begun! Earn high school elective credits while learning valuable skills that prepare you for college and/or an entry-level career. Courses are after school and FREE for high school students. FREE transportation is also available to and from our center for all RUHS students enrolled in our 1:15pm and 4:15pm classes. Your SoCal ROC career guidance specialist is available in the Nest to answer any questions every Monday for 1st, 2nd period and snack, Thursday during 2nd period and snack. Add your name to the sign-up sheet in the Nest to meet with her ASAP!
RU READY NIGHT
RU Ready Night is coming to Redondo on Wednesday, January 31! We look forward to welcoming the incoming Class of 2028 and showcasing our incredible school. Save the date! Please see the attached flyer for more details.
INFO NIGHT PSAT, SAT & ACT
The informational night, Understanding the PSAT, SAT & ACT has been rescheduled to Thursday, February 1, 2024 from 5:30 to 6:30 pm in the RUHS Auditorium.
At this information session, you will learn:
- how to decode PSAT scores
- which tests work best for you
- tips and tricks to raising test scores
- how test scores impact college admissions

AQUATICS LIFEGUARD
Interested in becoming a lifeguard? RBUSD is hiring a lifeguard/swim instructor. Must be at least 16 years of age and have American Red Cross certification including Lifeguard, First Aid, AED, and CPR certifications. Click here to apply!
