OFF-GROUNDS STICKERS

We would like to inform you of the policies and procedures for S2 off-grounds stickers that are provided to students with free periods. We will begin distributing these once the window for class course changes has closed the week of February 9th. Please communicate with your student for the time being they will need to show the security at the gate either PowerSchool or class schedule print outs. They must leave campus through a designated exit gate, not the front lobby, or CTE building.

Parents are required to complete a google form for consent prior to student receiving stickers each semester.  It must be completed from a parent email account, not student accounts or that could delay the process for them.

S2-Request for Off Grounds - Google Forms

Stickers must be picked up on the days/times below, so please plan accordingly. The only exception for stickers to be provided any other time is if an ID is replaced by our ASB office, or a counselor has given consent due to a class change.

SEPAC

The RUHS SEPAC team would like you to fill out this year’s PARENT QUESTIONNAIRE.  We want to know how your student’s special education experience at RUHS is going.  This information will help us gather data to find common concerns and hear your suggestions on how our students high school experience can be improved.

This valuable information will help us to create a presentation for a parent meeting, and more importantly, the information will be shared with RUHS admin., RUHS special ed department, and the district.

In an effort to make the survey completely anonymous, your name and your students' name are not required.  By filling out this year’s PARENT QUESTIONNAIRE, at your earliest convenience, you are assisting SEPAC in providing feedback that will allow RUHS to continue to be the best high school in the South Bay for all students.

For more information on RUHS SEPAC, and to access upcoming events and parent resources, please log on to our WEBSITE.

Stayed tuned for an invite to our next parent meeting (TBD) in March, at 6pm via zoom, to present our questionnaire feedback.  If you have any questions, please email us at:  [email protected]

We thank you for your time and attention.
